This is a great recipe for using leftover taco meat or for enjoying tacos when you don’t have taco shells or tortillas on hand.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of bread
- Shredded Cheese
- Ground Beef Taco filling
- Hot Sauce
- Sour Cream
- Salsa
Directions
- Preheat your sandwich maker
- Spoon your taco filling onto two of the slices of bread and spread it out evenly
- Add hot sauce if you like it spicy
- Top with shredded cheese
- Cover with remaining slices of bread
- Butter your bread or spray the inside of your sandwich maker with cooking spray
- Place it in the sandwich maker and cook until golden. Carefully remove sandwiches and let cool before enjoying
- Enjoy your taco pockets with sour cream and salsa for dipping!
