Beef and Cheese Taco Pockets

This is a great recipe for using up leftover taco meat or for enjoying tacos when you don’t have taco shells or tortillas on hand.

Preheat sandwich maker. Spoon your taco filling on to two of the slices of bread and spread out evenly. Add hot sauce if you like it spicy. Top with shredded cheese. Cover with remaining slices of bread. Butter your bread or spray the inside of your sandwich maker with cooking spray. Place it in the sandwich maker and cook until golden. Carefully remove sandwiches and let cool before enjoying.  Enjoy your taco pockets with sour cream and salsa for dipping!
